Do I need to register a domain name?
You do not need to register a domain name. As part of our turn-key services, we take care of this step for you. Simply give us a list of three or four names to choose from and we will do the rest! If you already have a domain name that is great! We will work with you to ensure it is properly setup.

Who owns the website when you are done?
Some companies "lease" websites to small businesses. When we create a website, the design and interface belong to you. We do ,however, license our content management system to our clients. This non-exclusive license is yours to use for as long as you are our client.

I need a custom website, can you do that?
We believe that you work hard for your business and your website should reflect that. All of our websites are custom built and reflect the look and feel of their owners. While we do rely on a "template" model, each website is designed to fit your particular business needs.

How much do your services cost?
Do to the custom nature of our work, we price our services on a per project basis. We do ,however, have a variety of options for almost any budget and can generally work anything you throw at us. (no rocks please)

Do I need to be a web guru to work with you?
Absolutely not! We realize that you have better things to do than learn web technology. We can do the heavy lifting for you (in a metaphorical sense) and gently guide you through the necessary steps to go live!

How long does the process take?
While we can't give you a specifc timeline here, we can tell you that generally a website takes us about three weeks to a month to design and deploy.

Do I need to find hosting for my website?

Once my website is built, then what?
Once you have an active web presence, we recommend promoting your website. We can help you there with online marketing services to help drive relevant traffic to your website.

How do I know if my website is working?
We realize that investing in an online presence is an undertaking and you need to know your money is well spent. All of our hosting packages come with Google Analytics, a powerful web statistics engine that can report on website activity in great depth.
